NOTICE

 

Members are hereby informed that SEBI vide its dated 22nd May 2006, in exercise of its powers under Section 19 of SEBI Act, 1992 read with Regulation 13(4) of SEBI (Procedure for Holding Enquiry by Enquiry Officer and Imposing Penalty) Regulations 2002, has suspended the certificate of registration of M/s Bubna Stock Broking Services Ltd., member of this Exchange having Code No. 213 and SEBI Registration No. INB 030707632 for a period of 15 (fifteen) days with effect from 12th   June 2006.

 

Accordingly, M/s Bubna Stock Broking Services Ltd., shall be under suspension from 12th June 2006.
