Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that
pursuant to compliance with the formalities for delisting of securities under SEBI
(Delisting of Securities) Guidelines, 2003, NLC Nalco India Limited (Code No.24296 & 10024296) will be
delisted from the official records of the Exchange with effect from 16th
August 2007.
In this connection, it may kindly be noted that the
exit option will be kept open to the remaining shareholders at the same rate
i.e. Rs.725/- per share for a period of six months from the date of delisting. The option form in this regard may be
