notice dated 16th May 2007, Members are hereby informed that Shri
Shankarlal Agarwal prop of M/s. Shankarlal Agarwal has withdrawn his nomination
today, vide his letter dated 23rd May, 2007 in respect of the
election for inclusion of shareholders’ representatives in the Empowered
Committee.
