Re: Cancellation of Certificate of Registration of Sri Hari Narayan Choudhary (SEBI Regn No.INB 030798212) Code No.03/811.

Members are hereby informed that SEBI vide its Order No DR-1/DVS /142949/2008 dated 03.11.2008 has inter-alia directed that the surrender of certificate of SEBI registration of the aforesaid member has been accepted by SEBI and the said certificate of SEBI registration has been cancelled with effect from the date on which the Exchange has accepted the surrender of SEBI registration i.e.12.05.2008.
