NOTICE

Bids are invited for the sale of spiral iron staircase of the Exchange building from individuals/Companies for the auction. Interested party/parties are requested to submit their bid for individual item in a sealed envelope by 17th January 2008 to the Secretary. It may be noted that all the participants to the bid shall submit an earnest money of Rs.25,000/- by way of Demand Draft drawn in favour of ‘The Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd’. The earnest money of the unsuccessful bidder will be refunded after the bid process is over. Members/ employee of the Exchange interested to take the above item have to purchase directly from the successful bidder at the price paid by the bidder to the Exchange for the respective item.

The Exchange authority reserves it’s right to accept or cancel any Bid without showing any reason at any time before acceptance of the Bids.
