N O T I C E

Members are hereby informed that daily circuit filter of equity shares of The Orissa Minerals Development Company Ltd. (OMDC) will be kept open during Muharrat Trading Session to be held on 17^th October, 2009 from 6.15 p.m. to 7.15 p.m. in order to enable the members to deal in the scrip at a realistic price level. Settlement of trades of OMDC shares will be under trade for trade segment and in Demat mode.

Further, the daily circuit filter in all the equity shares of all the companies listed with the Exchange is revised to a daily circuit filter of 5% on the base price effective from the Muharrat Trading Session as mentioned hereinabove.
