N O T I C E

Members are hereby informed that due to Today’s All India Bank Strike, there is disruption of normal banking activities in Kolkata.

In view of the above following measures have been taken with respect to Settlement activities in C-Star

1) Pay-in and Pay-out of funds for trade executed on 14^th December, 2009, Settlement No. 2010474 and 2010174 to be deferred to Thursday, 17^th December, 2009 (instead of 16^th December, 2009)

2) The Securities Pay-in and Pay-out for Settlement No. 2010474 and 2010174 would be held Thursday, 17^th December, 2009 (instead of 16^th December, 2009)

3) Pay-in and Pay-out for Auction Settlement No. 2010771, Auction date 14^th December, 2009 to be deferred to Thursday, 17^th December, 2009 (instead of 16^th December, 2009)

4) Auction No. 2010774 deferred to Friday, 18^h December, 2009 (instead of 17^h December, 2009) & Pay-in and Pay-out of aforesaid Auction Settlement will be held on 22^nd December, 2009 instead of 21^st December, 2009.

5) Margin released for Settlement No. 2010474 and 2010174 to be deferred to Thursday, 17^th December, 2009 (instead of 16^th December, 2009) after completion of pay-in of the aforesaid settlement.

Members are requested to note the above changes and follow the revised schedule for Pay-in/Pay-out.
