Sub: Order passed by SEBI against members of the Exchange Who have defaulted in payment of Registration Fees

 

 

Trading Members are hereby informed that the Whole Time Member, SEBI vide Order No. WTM/MSS/MIRSD/29/2009, dated 7th December, 2009, in exercise of the powers under Section 19 of the SEBI Act, 1992 read with Regulation 33B (5) and (6) of the SEBI (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008 had suspended the Certificate of Registration of the following members of this Exchange with effect from 28th December, 2009 till the time outstanding registration fees is fully paid to SEBI.
