Sub: Order in the matter of Radiant Financial Services Ltd.

Trading Members are hereby informed that the Whole Time Member SEBI, in the matter of Radiant Financial Services Ltd., vide Order No. WTM/KMA/ERO/IVD/186/12/2009 dated 14^th December, 2009 in exercise of powers under Section 19 of SEBI Act, 1992 read with Regulation 28(2) of SEBI (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008 had suspended the Certificate of Registration of M/s. S. Jhunjhunwala & Co. (SEBI Regn. No. INB031166110 and CSE Code 1026) for a period of one month with effect from 4^th January 2010 to 3^rd February, 2010.

Accordingly, M/s. S. Jhunjhunwala & Co. shall be under suspension from 4^th January 2010 to 3^rd February 2010.
