Notice

Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received one circular from BSE Notice no. 20090715-4 dated July 15, 2009. The contents of the said Circular are given here under for information of the members.

Quote

In continuation of Exchange Notice No. 20080307-7 dated March 07, 2008 regarding charges for execution of trade without registration of client code along with PAN, it has been decided in coordination with SEBI and NSE to levy charge of Rs.1,000/- per day per client code for execution of trade without registration of client code along with PAN till the date of registration of such code including PAN details in the UCC database of the Exchange. The above charges shall be applicable with effect from September 1, 2009 and levied on monthly basis.
