Prime Capital Market Ltd, the Whole Time Member of SEBI, in exercise of his powers under Section 19 of the SEBI Act, 1992 and Sections 11, 11(4) and 11B thereof read with Regulation 11 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003, hereby restrained following persons / entities from accessing the securities market and further prohibit them from buying, selling or dealing otherwise in the securities market, directly or indirectly in any manner with immediate effect till 13^th March, 2010 :
