Sub: Transmission of Share No.854 of the Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Limited

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid Share bearing Dist.No.854 of The Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Limited standing in the name of Late Debi Prasad Poddar is under consideration for transmission in the name of his grandson Sri Anirudh Poddar on the strength of Probate of Will granted in his favour. Claims are being invited from the members against Late Debi Prasad Poddar. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 6th May 2009.
