Members are hereby informed that in the matter of M/s. Alka India Limited, the Whole Time Member of SEBI, vide his order No. WTM/PS/ID2/42/FEB/10 dated 25^th February, 2010, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him under Section 19 of the SEBI Act and Sections 11, 11B and 11(4) of SEBI Act, 1992 read with Regulations 11 of the SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices Relating to the Securities Market) Regulations, 2003, restrained following person / entity from buying, selling or dealing in the securities market in any manner whatsoever or accessing the securities market, directly or indirectly with immediate effect for a period of six months till 24^th August, 2010 :
