Sub: Deposit Based Membership

Members are hereby informed that an application dated 28^th January 2010 has been received by the Exchange on 10^th February, 2010 from M/s. Karn Merchant Bankers Limited for Deposit Based Membership. The first and second Qualifying Directors of the Company are Smt.Rajni Mishra and Sri Krishna Kishore Mishra. Claims are being invited from the members against the aforesaid applicant company. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 15^th March,2010.
