Change in Name: “Dhanvaridhi Concerns Limited” to “Kanco Tea & Industries Limited”

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 21^st April, 2010 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal, Kolkata about the change in the name of the Company from “Dhanvaridhi Concerns Ltd.” to “Kanco Tea & Industries Ltd”. Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
