Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Whole Time Member, SEBI vide his
Order No. WTM/MSS/MIRSD/35/2010, dated 3rd February, 2010, in exercise of the
powers under Section 19 of the SEBI Act, 1992 read with Regulation 33B (5) and (6) of the
SEBI (Intermediaries) Regulations, 2008 had suspended the Certificate of Registration of
the following stock brokers of this Exchange with effect from 25th February,
2010 till the time outstanding registration fees is fully paid to SEBI.
