Re: Transmission of Share no. 815 (Certificate no. 815) of The Calcutta Stock Exchange Limited (Formerly known as The Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Limited)

Members are hereby informed that The Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd (Formerly The Calcutta Stock Exchange Association Ltd.) is considering an application for transmission of share from Lt. Narayan Das Mohta (since deceased) to Mr. Sandeep Mohta on the basis of Probate of the Will submitted to the Exchange. Accordingly, claims, if any, are being invited from the members against Lt. Narayan Das Mohta. If any member has any claim, the same should be intimated at the office of the undersigned by 21^st May 2010.
