Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received an application dated 4^th November,2010 from M/s. Subh Stock Broking Pvt.Ltd. (Code No.03/681) (SEBI Regn.No.INB030707437) stating that the company wants to Change its shareholding pattern without change in control and to appoint Smt.Vandana Devi Kayan as Qualifying Director in place of Sri Banwari Lal Sutodiya. Claims are being invited from the members against M/s.Subh Stock Broking Pvt.Ltd. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 23^rd November,2010.
