Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received an application dated 26.5.2010 from M/s.BLB Finwiz.Com Ltd. (Applied for change of name to M/s.CNB Finwiz Private Limited) [SEBI Regn.No.INB031151534] stating that they wants to appoint Sri Chand Rattan Bagri and Sri Naman Bagri as Designated Directors of the company in place of Sri Sri Vikram Rathi and Sri Anshul Mehra. Claims are being invited from the members against M/s.BLB Finwiz.Com Ltd. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 24^th June,2010.
