Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received an application dated 9.6.2010 from M/s.PDC Securities Pvt.Ltd. (Applied for change of name to M/s.Indiana Equity Broking Pvt. Ltd), Code No.03/812 (SEBI Regn.No.INB030978739) stating that they wants to appoint Smt.Jyoti Jain as Designated Director of the company in place of Sri Pitambar Saran Patwari.
