in control and appointment of Qualifying Directors of M/s.DJS Stock &

Members are hereby
informed that the Exchange has received an application dated 24.5.2010 and
2.6.2010 from M/s.DJS Stock & Shares Ltd. stating that they wants to
appoint Sri Pratik S. Bhatt and Sri Om Prakash Bohra as Qualifying Directors
of the company in place of Sri Prakash
D. Shah and Sri Shohesh P. Shah.
Claims are being invited from the members against M/s.DJS Stock &
Shares Ltd. If any member has any
