Change in Name:

“North Eastern Mercantiles Limited” to “SM Corporation Limited”

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 30^th March, 2010 received from the Registrar of Companies, Shillong about the change in the name of the Company from “North Eastern Mercantiles Ltd.” to “SM Corporation Ltd”. Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
