Change in Name: Subhash Yurim Textiles Ltd. to Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 5^th August, 2010 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Subhash Yurim Textiles Ltd.” to “Authum Investment & Infrastructure Ltd.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
