Change in Name: Sarla Gems Ltd. To Kalpena Plastiks Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporate dated 9^th October, 2009 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Sarla Gems Ltd.” to “Kalpena Plastiks Ltd”. Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
