Members are hereby informed that trading right under the name & Style of M/s.Sitaram Mahabir Prasad & Co. owned by Late Mahabir Prasad Saraf is under consideration for transmission in the name of his son Sri Raj Kishan Saraf on the strength of Probate of Will submitted to the Exchange. Claims are being invited from the members against Late Mahabir Prasad Saraf, Prop.M/s.Sitaram Mahabir Prasad & Co. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 6^th May,2010.
