Sub: Application of M/s.SKP Securities Ltd. for surrendering of SEBI Registration bearing Certificate No. INB030707534 (Business Code No. 03/159)

Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received an application from M/s. SKP Securities Ltd. requesting cancellation of its SEBI Registration No. INB030707534.

Accordingly, claims are being invited from the members of the Exchange before forwarding the same to SEBI for its cancellation. If any member has any claim against the aforesaid corporate member, the same may positively be filed at the office of the undersigned by 7th September 2010. If no claim is received within 7^th September,2010, steps will be taken to process the request of the aforesaid corporate member for surrender of its SEBI Registration.
