Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 8^th August, 2011 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Barclays & Chartered Financial Services Ltd.” to “Sarvottam Finvest Ltd.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
