Sub:	Application for Registration in Equity Derivative Segment

Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received an application on 31.12.2012 from Sri Ajay Kumar Chiripal, Trade Name : M/s.Ajay Kumar & Co. an existing member of the Exchange, SEBI Regn.No.INB031460414, Code No.1049, for Registration in Equity Derivative Segment of CSE for the limited purpose of sharing the Derivatives Segment of NSE and/or other Exchanges u/s. 13 of SCRA. Claims are being invited from the members against the aforesaid applicant. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 11^th January, 2013.
