Change in Name: DPSC Ltd. to India Power Corporation Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 27^th August, 2013 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “DPSC Ltd.”to “India Power Corporation Ltd.”. Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
