NOTICE

Subject: Declaration of Sewduttroy Rambullav & Son as Defaulter

The Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that the Governing Board of the Calcutta Stock Exchange has declared Gopi Krishna Muskara, Trade Name: Sewduttroy Rambullav & Son (Code No. 581) having SEBI Registration No. INB030049015, a Trading Member of the Exchange, a defaulter, with effect from 23^rd August 2013 under the Byelaws of the Exchange.

The details of the Member are given below:

The Trading Members who have any outstanding claims against Gopi Krishna Muskara, Trade Name: Sewduttroy Rambullav & Son (Clearing Code No.- 581), are advised to file their complaints/Arbitration reference/s with the Exchange, if they so desire, by 04^th March 2014 after which no claim shall be entertained by the Exchange.

The Trading Members who have already obtained Arbitration Award if any in their favour, which have not been complied so far, are also advised to submit their claims to the Exchange with the original Arbitration Awards on or before 04^th March 2014, after which no such award shall be entertained by the Exchange.

In case of objections, if any, arising against Gopi Krishna Muskara, Trade Name: Sewduttroy Rambullav & Son for the shares received by the Trading Members under objections, they are advised to settle their claims through Arbitration mechanism at the Exchange and file awards, if they are in their favour, as well as the relevant original Share Certificates and Transfer Deeds with the Exchange within six months from the date of Objection Memos of the Company (which returned the shares under objection). The Exchange as stated in this paragraph shall not entertain claims, which are not submitted in the manner and/or within the stipulated time period.
