Sub: Application for Registration in Equity Derivative Segment

Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received an application dated 23rd November, 2013 from M/s. GPSK Capital Pvt. Ltd. (Code No.610) for Registration in Equity Derivative Segment of CSE for the limited purpose of sharing the Derivatives Segment of NSE and/or other Exchanges u/s. 13 of SCRA. The Whole time Directors of the Company are Sri Shrikant Mantri and Sri Prashant Kumar Mantri. Claims are being invited from the members against the aforesaid applicant. If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 13^th December, 2013.
