Sub: Cancellation of SEBI Sub-broker Registration of Kesrani Finance (SEBI Registration No. INS030256213) affiliated to M/s. Varma & Co., a member of the Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. (SEBI Registration No. INB030447222)

All Trading Members and market participants are hereby informed that SEBI vide its letter Ref. No. MIRSD-5/SB/Surrender/28080/2013, dated 01.11.2013 has cancelled the SEBI Sub-broker registration of Kesrani Finance (SEBI Registration No. INS030256213) affiliated to M/s. Varma & Co., a member of the Calcutta Stock Exchange Ltd. with effect from 25th August 2013, the date on which CSE has derecognized the sub-broker.
