NOTICE

Re: Submission of NCFM/BCDE certificate for trading in equity derivative segment of NSE/BSE and/or other Exchanges u/s 13 of SCRA

Further to our notice dated 08.01.2013, as mandated by SEBI, members are hereby informed that in order to trade in equity derivative segment of NSE/BSE and/or other Exchanges u/s 13 of SCRA, every trading member is required to appoint at least two approved users who have passed the NCFM/BCDE certification in Derivative Market (Dealers) Module.

Members who have submitted only one NCFM/BCDE certificate are hereby requested to submit another certificate by 30^th April, 2013. Further members, who have given undertaking that they will submit another NCFM/BCDE certificate within three months from the date of receipt of SEBI registration in F&O segment and wherein such period has already elapsed, are advised to submit another certificate at the earliest in order to continue trading in equity derivative segment.
