Change in Name: Aditya Gears Ltd. to Aris International Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 19^th March, 2013 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Aditya Gears Ltd.”to “Aris International Ltd.”. Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
