Change in Name: Nucent Estates Ltd. to Pressman Advertising Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 22^nd August, 2013 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Nucent Estates Ltd.”to “Pressman Advertising Ltd.”. Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
