Sub: Redressal of complaints against Stock Exchanges (SEs) through SEBI SCORES

To all listed companies

Please refer to the provisions of SEBI Circular Ref. CIR/MRD/ICC/16/2012 dated 15th June 2012,  Circular No. CIR/OIAE/1/2012 dated 13th August 2012 and SEBI circular No. CIR/OIAE/1/2013 dated 17^th April 2013, on the aforesaid issue.

In reference to the aforesaid three circulars, please provide the exchange the following information immediately to enable us to compile a list of companies which have complied with the directives of the aforesaid SEBI Circulars:-

Date of SCORES registration

All the listed companies are requested to take note of the amendment as proposed by SEBI and comply with the provisions of the same. Kindly note that non-compliance of the said provisions as amended by SEBI may attract punitive action/penalty.
