Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 12^th April, 2010 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Subhash Projects & Marketing Ltd.”to “SPML Infra Ltd.”. Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
