Re: Change in shareholding pattern and change in Whole time Directors tantamounting to change in control of M/s.MPC Stock Broking Private Limited

Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received an application dated 15^th May,2013  from M/s.MPC Stock Broking Private Limited    (Code No.03/151) (SEBI Regn.No.INB031018132)  stating that the company  wishes to appoint  Sri Alok Kumar Choudhary and Sri Atul Choudhary  as Whole time Directors in place of  Sri Mahabir Prasad Choudhary and Sri Shashi Prabha Choudhary. Claims are being invited from the members against M/s.MPC Stock Broking Private Limited.    If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 30^th May,2013.
