NOTICE

To All Members

Sub: Fund pay-in and pay-out of Trading Members having their accounts with HDFC Bank for their trading in BSE & NSE segments u/s 13 of SCRA

Trading Members of the Exchange are aware that the Exchange has taken initiative to undertake pay-in and pay-out of funds for their trades in the BSE & NSE segments through internet/e-net of HDFC Bank for effecting faster transfer of funds and to improve operational efficiency.  The Exchange has already implemented pay-out of fund to the trading members having their accounts with HDFC Bank, through internet and this has resulted in fast transfer of pay-out of fund to the trading members’ account with minimum efforts and lesser paper work.

The Exchange has although initiated recovery of pay-in dues through e-net facility of HDFC Bank, this process could not be implemented as the required undertakings/formalities were not received from many active members who have their bank accounts with the HDFC Bank.

In view of the above, all trading members who have accounts with HDFC Bank and have not completed the required formalities for e-net banking of HDFC Bank are once again requested to complete the process and submit the following for onward submission to HDFC Bank.

Members are requested to submit the documents at the earliest to Business development Department at the 4th Floor of the Exchange.
