As per provisions of Section194-J of the IT act and subsequent ruling of the Bombay high Court, transaction charges are subject to TDS@10%.
Members are requested to deposit the TDS amount before 7th day of the subsequent month with the IT dept. and claim the same from the Exchange.
For claiming the TDS amount from the Exchange, you are requested to produce the TDS certificate which has been uploaded in the IT website (incometaxindia.gov.in)
