Change in Name: Bhandari Consultancy & Finance Ltd. to Sindhu Trade Links Ltd.
Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 1st June, 2011 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Bhandari Consultancy & Finance Ltd.” to “Sindhu Trade Links Ltd.” Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
