Re: Submission of Networth Certificate & Audited Accounts by Trading Member

Trading Members are hereby informed that the last date for submission of Networth Certificate as on 31.03.2013 and Audited Accounts for the year-ended 31.03.2013 has been extended from 30^th September 2013 to 31^st October 2013.

Any delay in submission of Networth Certificate as on 31.03.2013 and Audited Accounts for the year ended 31.03.2013 within 31.10.2013 will attract a fine of Rs.100/- per day of delay subject to maximum of Rs.10, 000. The Exchange Management may take necessary action for non-submission of the same even after a delay of 100 days.
