Re: Change in Whole time Directors without change in control of M/s.Banayan Shares & Derivatives Pvt.Ltd. (Code No.03/1067) (SEBI Regn.No. INB031498737)

Members are hereby informed that the Exchange has received an application dated 25^th November,2013  from M/s.Banayan Shares & Derivatives Pvt.Ltd. (Code No.03/1067) (SEBI Regn.No. INB031498737) stating that the company  wishes to appoint  Sri Paritosh Biswas and Sri Rakhal Biswas  as Whole time Directors in place of  Sri Manik Saha and Sri Pawan Kumar Mahalka. Claims are being invited from the members against M/s.Banayan Shares & Derivatives Pvt.Ltd.    If any member has any claim, the same should be filed at the office of the undersigned by 9^th December,2013.
