Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 6^th January, 2014 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Marigold Glass Industries Ltd.”to “Greencrest Financial Services Ltd.”. Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
