Change in Name: Refine Holdings Ltd. to Radhey Trade Holding Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 17^th September, 2014 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Refine Holdings Ltd.”to “Radhey Trade Holdings Ltd.”. Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
