Change in Name: Admire Investments Ltd. to Apunka Invest Commercial Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 13^th October, 2014 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “Admire Investments Ltd.”to “Apunka Invest Commercial Ltd.”. Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
