FORMAT OF COMMON CONTRACT NOTE

Trading members are aware that CSE has specified different formats of Contract Notes to be issued to the clients / constituents for trades executed on their behalf in BSE and NSE under Section 13 of SCRA.

The National Exchanges and Member Associations in consultation with SEBI, have decided to have a common contract note across CM, F&O and CD segments and across all Stock Exchanges.  Accordingly, all Trading Members of CSE are advised to issue the Common Contract Note as per the Format given in the Annexure to the clients and constituents.

The format of the Common Contract is also available for download at CSE website at www.cse-india.com

Members are requested to comply with the above directives and issue the common contract note in the attached format with immediate effect.
