Sub : Late-submission or Non-submission of required information / documents sought by the Exchange

Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that it is observed that some of the trading members are either not submitting required information / documents or submitting incomplete information / documents to the Exchange whenever asked by the Exchange for onward submission to SEBI/BSE/NSE.

In view of the mounting pressure on the Exchange from these entities, it has decided to impose penalty of Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) per day for late submission after 7 (Seven) Calendar days from the date of dispatch of letter till the date of submission of the required information. In case the required information / documents are not received within 10 (Ten) days from the dispatch of the requisition, the relevant client code along with the PAN of the investor for which the information was sought will be suspended at CSE end.

In case, such violations are repeated, the matter would be placed before the Disciplinary Action Committee for further action.

This notice will be effective with immediate effect.
