Change in Name: B B Investments Ltd. to Dwitiya Trading Ltd.

Members are hereby informed that the aforesaid company has submitted fresh certificate of incorporation dated 8^th January, 2014 received from the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal changing the name of the Company from “B B Investments Ltd.”to “Dwitiya Tading Ltd.”. Accordingly the name of the Company will be changed with immediate effect.
