Sub: Formalities for disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011

To all listed companies

Attention of all listed companies of the Calcutta Stock Exchange is drawn to SEBI Circular Ref. No. CIR/CFD/POLICYCELL/5/2014 dated 25th August 2014 (copy available at CSE web-site and SEBI web-site at http://www.sebi.gov.in/cms/sebi_data/attachdocs/1408959397769.pdf ) wherein “.The format for continual disclosures under regulation 30(1) and 30(2) of the Regulations has been revised and is placed as Annexure 1”.

In view of the above, all listed companies of CSE are advised to strictly adhere and comply with the listing compliance as per the listing agreement in proper format.
